Stoara is a personal Stoic reflection app that provides AI-generated responses based on the teachings of Stoic philosophers. The app is intended for personal reflection and wellness purposes only. It does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
Stoara offers a free tier and a paid subscription called Stoara Premium.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
Prices may vary by country and are subject to change. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
The free tier includes up to 3 reflections per week, 1 voice session, and 7 diary entries. Weekly reflection limits reset every 7 days.
Responses in Stoara are generated by an AI system. They are inspired by Stoic philosophy and intended for personal reflection. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any purpose.
Your reflections and diary entries are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers except when sent for AI processing (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the content you submit.
All app content, design, and branding are owned by Johannes van Hemsbergen. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Stoara is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time for violations of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Your use of Stoara is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
